Dear Trusted Servants,

The Host Committee is looking forward to seeing all of you at the 2023 Fall Election Assembly. The committee has been hard at work this past year to plan this first in person assembly in 3 ½ years!

While the Assembly is to work on the business of Al-Anon there is also ample opportunity for fun and fellowship during the weekend. With this in mind we will have raffle baskets and a 50/50 raffle.

The committee is also having a special raffle of a quilt that was donated to the committee.  This quilt was created by Arlene K. of District 3. The quilt is 52 x 64. Colors are a white background with blue and golden pattern.

Because we have to be careful of state gambling regulations tickets will only be sold at the Assembly. We think that this is a wonderful raffle item and would like all members to be able to take part in the raffle. With this in mind we are asking you to let people in your district know about this raffle. If someone can’t attend the Assembly hopefully, they can arrange with someone from their group or district who is attending to help them. Having this person purchase tickets for them at the Assembly.

Tickets are $5 for a single ticket and $20 for 5 tickets. The drawing will be held Saturday evening. As long as we have a name and contact information winner need not be present.
